Just a ridiculous amount of photos from this weekend. For Chris's birthday we took a pottery/whiskey workshop, so for the past two Saturdays we've found ourselves at the Union Project, elbow deep in clay. Which is exactly the kind of messy, open creativity that I've needed lately. Sunday, however, was the kind of cold, cloudy, gloomy day that called for homemade granola, late breakfasts, and persistent cat-cuddling. Zephyr, as you can see, was more than happy to oblige.

Over the Weekend: Pottery and Cats

Mmm, Union Project, 'hope you stopped by East End brewery for a jug of fancy ginger beer. Perfect for this goofy warm/cold weather we keep getting around here.
First, that sounds like the best birthday ever. Pottery and drinking, I approve! Also, anything related to your cat makes me instantly happy.
Sounds like a perfect weekend! The cat pictures are killing me with their cuteness!
That is the coolest darn birthday present I ever heard of. It looks like so much fun! And that picture with the two of them on the sofa just melted me. :3
