Our second stop was further inland, to my mom's. Only a couple pictures here, she's taking care of my grandparent's dog, so it was a frantic, dog filled two days. It's still very clearly Winter up there, and freezing, so we spent most of our time indoors. Mount Washington is still covered in snow (the second picture is the view driving up the road to my mom's):

I hope you had a great weekend! Happy Monday!

Isn't Portland fantastic! I love living right next to it, there are so many incredible places to go and things to do. My husband and I had a run in with Fred Armesin too, at the Portland airport. Isn't that fun? He's our favorite.
Those dogs are STUNNING! Great picture.
Great shots. I love Portland, although I haven't been there for a while now. I should take a trip up when the weather gets a bit warmer!

I was just in Portland a few weeks ago and definitely took pictures of those hats (is that Encore? It was my first time in there and I didn't even notice the name of the place!) and that "I LIKE IT" sign.
I'm dying to get back up there and explore more/drink lots of beer at Gritty's. :)
Moorea: I'll definitely take you up on that! i love Seattle!
Katrina: Yup, that's Encore! so funny you took the same pics, some things are just asking to be photographed!

I had a mini vacation last week, we went outside town and hit the most modern zoo of my country ;)

This definitely sealed the deal. I need to make it up there at some point. Maybe when a little bit more of the snow melts.
