What's better than Sunday morning brunch? Sunday morning (afternoon) brunch with friends! Chris and I drove out to Worcester yesterday and met up with some of our favorite people, for food and an incredibly lazy afternoon:

It was a really great afternoon. Chris and I had a rather stressful Saturday, after having some unexpected things thrown our way, and being close to friends and doing nothing but eating food was exactly what the doctor ordered. Do you like the photo-booth Punky set up? She got the streamers at a car dealership supply store, I didn't even know such a thing existed!

Really? Gang signs? It's not cute; it's offensive, and the fact that no one's said anything until now is really sad.
Anon, I deleted my first response to you because- I admit- it was a knee jerk reaction. I'm sorry you feel that photo is offensive, I think it's clear that that wasn't my intention. I also think it's clear we're just being silly in the photo, which makes me wonder, what is offensive, is it the word 'gang'(which i removed from the caption)? or is it the actual picture? What if the photo was there, sans caption? I've done some thinking about it, and I'm honestly curious to know your thoughts. I think this is an interesting subject because, as a blogger, I feel as though at times I'm walking on egg shells, making sure not to say the wrong thing, so as not to offend anyone, which as I'm sure you can understand is a near-impossible thing to do.
