I stumbled upon the
30 Day Drawing Challenge on
Pinterest and, unlike most of the things I find on Pinterest, this looks like something I'd actually like to accomplish. What I like about this one is that the assignments are fairly straightforward, but could be interpreted in the abstract as well, which works for me. Since it's the start of a new month, I plan to pick up a fresh sketchbook this afternoon and get drawing. It's been far too long since I actually tried to draw anything, so I don't expect much, but you have to start somewhere, right? If I'm not too embarrassed with the final product, I'll plan to share everything on here at the end of the month. Anyone interested in joining? Let me know!

This looks really fun, and right up my alley. I don't consider myself a very good artist, but I do love drawing, doodling, and painting for fun. I'll join you! I'll let you know if I post a drawing, if you would like to see.
looks fun! I can't draw to save my life!
giveaway ends tomorrow! check it out!

Oh my gosh! I'm so glad you put this up! I'm on it! I neeeeed motivation to draw every day, not just once in a while!
Totes in homegirl!
Ooh I think I might do this too! I make my living selling my illustrations but it seems like I can never find the time or inspiration to create new drawings anymore, so this should be fun! :D
This is a good idea, since I lack inspiration lately.
Aww, this does look like a fun challenge! Definitely a post I'm going to bookmark. :) I can't wait to see yours!
I saw it too, and was planning on carrying it out too - sounds like a great source of inspiration!
I'd love to take a shot at this challenge. I've been looking for something new to do and it looks perfect. Thanks for sharing!

This sounds really fun! Especially because I love to draw, but I usually don't know what to draw. But this solves things!
Really nice!
I'd finished this challenge last october I think!'
I love that you thought of doing this in the abstract as well... now I'm inspired! I may join you as well. Thanks for posting this!

This is cool! I'd love to repeat it maybe every month but with a different theme. Like, January I would do all thirty drawings in an abstract way, or all in charcoal or whatever. This is fun, I'm going to *try* to accomplish this!
I can't wait to see your drawings! I'm participating in a photo a day challenge for the first time and will be posting that at the end of the month on my blog!
