Have a happy and safe 4th of July

To all my readers in the U.S. of A, have a happy and safe Fourth of July! We're heading to Worcester for a mid-day cookout and then back to our place to watch fireworks on the beach. This weekend has been busybusybusy, and I couldn't be more thankful for the distraction.

What are your holiday plans? Fireworks? Cookouts? Fried clamz?

PS- thank you THANK YOU to EVERYONE who left kind words on my Louie post, not only did it mean a lot to me, but it meant a lot to Hans, Louie's real owner, and his mom, who had him way back when. The death of a pet is like losing a family member, and all of us were truly touched by everything that was said.

I'm glad you had a busy weekend to keep your mind busy. I hope your holiday is fantastic and filled with sunshine and good food and friends. Mine will definitely involve some thrift shopping for those Independence Day sales. :D
XOXO

I worked so that I could have Thanksgiving and Christmas off. The "time and a half" pay helps the wallet too. I got home in enough time to watch the Pittsburgh Regatta Fireworks on TV. They were pretty!

And so was I! lol
