Another beautiful day today!

Dress: TjMaxx ($25)
Shoes: Salvation Army ($6)
Belt: vintage from friend
Necklaces: courtesy of Noble Town Vintage
The wind today was absolutely ridiculous. I had all of these grand plans for a photo-shoot in a new location, but had to rethink the whole thing because of the sheer windy-ness! I'm pretty sure I have accidentally flashed my whole town from the wind blowing up my dress. I'm over it, I need a solution! So the grand photo-shoot will have to wait until another day, this little nook is really pretty right now anyways. The flowers shielded me from the wind and some overly curious gawkers too!
I've been making a noble attempt at breaking in these wedges. I found them brand new at Salvation Army back in January (they're from Target originally), and they're a little narrow. I'm finding that as I wear wedges more and more, I'm getting a little addicted to the extra height!

you always look so gorgeous in flowers and i adore that double belt of yours! i can't seem to find one like it anywhere, but i'll keep searching :)
and i have t agree with you, height is addicting!
You look pretty in this dress as always. I like the first picture :-)
I always wear little black bike shorts from American Apparel under my pouffy skirts. It makes my outfit flash proof, even when I decide to ride my bike.
I love what you did with your belt!
love your belting
what a pretty dress! you look gorgeous.
That first picture is simply magical, and that dress is darling! Love the wedges. They remind me of a pair I bought in Spain - unfortunately, I foolishly bought them in a color I never wear, so they spend most of their time sitting in my closet. Oh well. Yours are even cuter, and much cheaper than what I paid! Ha.

You look so lovely and summery! I'm having a hard time remembering it is summer with the weather here...but I can nearly feel it in your pics esp the one with the lovely sunflares.
Wedges are the bees knees!!!

oh my gosh, this outfit is so adorable and light and fun! love it, love it.
You look so lovely! I always wear American Apparel bloomers under short dresses, that way you don't have to worry about the wind, or lifting your arms over your head, or bending over, hehe.
I got the Steve Madden version of those shoes at TJ Maxx two years ago and am way too scared to wear them too work....but you may have changed my mind.
Another beautiful dress! I am so late to the floral trend... I really need to get some floral dresses pronto! Also, you're making me want to get some wedges, despite the fact that I can't walk in heels at all.

I am without a doubt addicted to wedges. I don't think I've worn anything but wedges since the weather has turned a bit warmer, in fact...embrace the wedges with me! :)
Beautiful; really youthful & fun. I love it.

Your dress is so pretty and I love your wraparound belt. If you're worried your dress blowing up in the wind, you can get dress weights and sew them into the hem to hold it down!

WOW! Cute dress, you look beautiful! Don't you just love TJ Maxx?
I wonder if you got the shoes a bit damp, it may stretch them a bit.
Amazing dress and those shoes are prefect with it. I think you ended up with a great location anyways. It really makes the dress pop.

i love you in florals - something about long, beachy hair and florals will always appeal to me. you look amazing!
PS regarding the windy-flashing problem - i just bought some really cute white lacey bike shorts at H&M for only $6, they would look lovely under any flowy skirt/dress for summer. (they come in black too.)
In love with that dress. And the belt! That is so awesome. I have to try now!
I love the lens flare in the first photo!

ADORE the rainbow pic!! LOVE the dress on you. And very much love what you did with the belt! Overall, perfection. And I understand about the height addiction. I am already tall myself, 5'7", and STILL I love to put on four more inches! Thank goodness my husband is crazy tall!
Pretty dress!
That dress is love; I am seriously heading to Marshalls this week to see if I can find something similar. It's perfect and so summery :)
Your rainbow shines my grey day!!! Is it a photoshop effect? Plus, I love your dress ^^
